Age: Physically about 19. He has, however, been self-aware to some extent since before time began. (Which, according to him, wasn't very long ago)

Abilities

  • Recorded as lifting a vehicle weighing almost 3500lbs (1 587.5kg), yet still maintaining balance.
  • Striking force does not seem proportionate, but is still within the upper echelons of acceptable human limits. Striking force is similar to a 400lb professional athlete.
  • Reflexes have been honed to the extent of being able to dodge sub-sonic bullets at 100ft (30.48m) if the muzzle flash was observed.
  • Appears to be able to control the speed at which he falls, having recorded instances of him falling both much faster and much slower than 9.8m/s (32ft/s). This is believed to be linked to his ability to jump a recorded 100ft (30.48m) vertically.
  • Magic seems to have no effect on his person, or any of his effects: magical energy will either dispel or pass through them, depending on the spell itself. Objects created from magic are still effective: one test involving a magic fireball showed that the fire could still harm him, but the magic allowing the fireball to maintain shape was dispelled on impact. Furthermore, magical methods of detection appear to be completely useless in tracking him or any of the objects he carries: as far as such methods are concerned, he does not exist.
  • Ability to pull simple items--usually explosives--from his cloak. These items seem to have no effect on his weight until removed, and stored in far less volume than the object occupies. Leading theories suggest, due to the simplicity of these items, they are manufactured on demand through supernatural means.
  • Notably skilled in multiple martial arts, sword, and dagger combat.
  • Has the ability to move almost absolutely silently with some speed.
  • Though unable to observe the subject outside combat, he seems to make a full recovery between sessions, no matter how grievous his injuries. Recorded instances include loss of limbs, organ failure, and cardiac arrest.
  • The full extent of his abilities is currently unknown.

Equipment

  • Wears a cloak at all times, which tests have shown to be nigh-invulnerable. The material is harder than diamonds, yet as flexible as cotton. The material is unknown, but he has been recorded as claiming it to be made of "pure graphite." Bladed implements will loose a significant amount of effectiveness, as the material blunts the blade against the skin, but it does nothing to reduce force. Blunt weapons will be unaffected by attacks through it, and bullets will still maintain enough force to pierce the skin, pulling the cloak into the wound.
  • Carries two daggers and a sword on his person at all times. These are treated with a fast-acting neurotoxin which--though not lethal to healthy adults--causes an excruciating amount of pain for a period of around 3 seconds, as well breaking down any painkillers in the target's system, both natural and artificial.
  • The daggers are identical, double-edged, and curved. Their blades are approximately 1ft long, and are extremely durable: able to take .50cal rounds to the flat edge without any apparent damage.
  • The sword is a 1m (40in) straight double-edged hand and a half sword. It is made of the same material as the daggers and likely more durable.
  • Wears bracers upon his wrists, which have been shown to be able to deflect sword blows, but have not been tested against stronger attacks.
  • Carries an apparently unlimited supply of bombs, grenades, missiles, missile launchers, iron, tungsten, and aluminum blades, and has been known to be able to pull out any simply manufactured object as needed. Size does not appear to an issue.

Appearance

Wears a long, black cloak, which obscures his face. Under his cloak he appears to wear a black cotton shirt and black jeans, as well as belt, carrying two scabbards for the daggers on his left, and one for the sword on his right.

Notes to Prospective Opponents

As he can move silently and cannot be tracked by magical means, visual detection is virtually the only way for a human to track him. Direct magical energy is completely ineffective against him, magical attacks should be restricted to element based attacks or magical items. Note, however, that these may cease to work properly while in contact with him. Defensively, magical shields and directed telekinesis are completely useless: they will stop neither him, nor any of the items he carries on him. Instead, create a physical shield through magical means--note that this will only be as effective against him as the material it is made of, efforts to reinforce it magically will fail.

OOC Supplementary Clarification

This information has been added to clarify what OmegaClawe can actually do, and prevent people from assuming abilities have been made up on the fly simply because the original text was to indirect about such things. This information should not be available to Arena characters past what they could figure out from the in-character portion... that means you, Squiggy and Author!

Abilities

  • OmegaClawe can lift items far heavier than himself, and hold them in positions where their center of gravity should force him to fall over, without falling over.
  • OmegaClawe is extremely strong; he has slightly more strength than a top-form NFL lineman, but has far less mass. This is not enough strength to provide his lifting force, however; they are, in fact, mostly unrelated.
  • OmegaClawe has excellent senses, and a photographic memory. This extends to the point where he can see the muzzle flash on a small gun at distance before the bullet leaves the barrel.
    • Not only can he see this, but he can react to it, as well. His reflexes and speed are such that, for a slow bullet at a good distance, he can (barely) move his body out of the way in the time it takes for the bullet to arrive. This can easily be countered by automatic fire, closing range, or using faster bullets. However, he's not particularly prone to standing in one spot when a gun is aimed at him, anyway.
  • OmegaClawe can control his acceleration towards the Earth due to 'Gravity'. This does not require him to be in mid fall.
    • This does not affect his mass; even if he is accelerating towards the Earth at 50x normal gravity, his momentum can be redirected as normal.
    • This does mean that he can jump really, really high and survive the fall with no to minimal damage.
  • He is magically non-interactive. This means that most spells consisting of pure arcane energy, or pure energy of a non-physical type, etc. will simply pass through him, as well as matter made of such things.
    • This is not limited to any subset of magic; he only interacts with the world though a limited subset of what we might call physics, and it is highly exclusive.
      • While it imitates the normal physics down to the chemical level (for the most part), sub-atomic laws (such as quantum mechanics) do not quite apply.
    • This can create interesting effects if the magic is carrying a physical part with it. In the case of a fireball spell, the magic will pass through, but the fire will not; separating the two. Without magic energy, the fire is simply fire, and burns out as a normal fire would without fuel. A sufficiently well designed spell might be able to act upon the separation, but OmegaClawe's lack of magical interaction makes the whole affair very hard to work into a spell.
    • This also means he has no magic Aura, no discernible Soul, and no Truename. He cannot be tracked, controlled, or imitated through these methods. If one wishes to follow him, one must use Visual, Auditory, Olfactory, and Tactile data exclusively.
    • Any item he 'summons' follows these same rules, and is subject to all the implications thereof.
  • OmegaClawe can 'summon' items, though usually they are very simple, or highly explosive (a specialty of his)
    • The time it takes to do so increases with the complexity and size of the item in question. Size increases it linearly, but complexity does so exponentially.
      • Explosives, being a special case, take less time for their respective complexity, as OmegaClawe is highly experienced with them.
  • OmegaClawe is likely among the most skilled martial artists in the Arena. He prefers to use swords and daggers, but can make use of any weapon he so chooses.
  • OmegaClawe can move without causing vibrations in the surfaces he moves across. He can also land on surfaces in the same way.
    • However, if he actually 'hits' an item, or something along those lines, it will make noise. He can't punch someone any more silently than anyone else.
    • While doing so, he is unlikely to leave footprints, or marks on the surface of any kind.
    • This does not allow him to walk on substances too thin to hold his weight, or enter a liquid with any special quietness.
    • He'll still make a "woosh" as the air in front of him is pushed aside, though this is unnoticeable at lower speeds.
  • Between engagements, he will be fully healed of all afflictions, up to and including death and cancer.

There are some things not explicitly listed here, but they are only useful in rather specific circumstances, and are either at least hinted at here, or rather useless within the boundaries of a fight.

Equipment

The materials his Sword, Knife, and Cloak are made of are based on a real material; technically among the most abundant on earth, but not widely available in the form shown here. While I will not say which this is at this point, I will note that it has some interesting electrical and heat transferring properties, which OmegaClawe has taken full advantage of; and that it is the hardest and strongest substance that can be made with known chemical properties.

The Sword and knives are also honed to absurdly sharp edges, and can maintain these for extremely long periods of time. Furthermore, they are covered in a poison which works similarly to box jellyfish venom, but for a significantly shorter time.

Also, his boots have Steel Toes. So he can kick with Impunity.
